Mark enjoyed a successful career in Industrial Sales and Marketing before moving to the Gold Coast in 1993. His experience in buying a new home led to his career in Real Estate, commencing in Mudgeeraba in 1993.

 Since then Mark has sold many homes in Mudgeeraba and the Gold Coast Hinterland, compiling a record of growing sales and loyal clients. During this time Mark was elected Vice President of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (Gold Coast Branch) and was chairman of the REIQ Awards of Excellence Committee. 

The growing power of the internet, along with a lack of confidence in the traditional Real Estate sales methods, were influencing factors in Marks decision to branch out on his own in 2003 and work as an independent agent. 

Mark utilises superior technology, and constantly upgrades his business systems, passing the benefits directly onto his clients. He credits his success to his professionalism, honesty, integrity and commitment to service. 

Operating as an independent agent, Mark does not need the number of listings normally required by the average agent. This enables him to spend more quality time with his clients. Jamie jointly owns Jamar Realty with Mark and enjoys working behind the scenes. With her experience and practical solutions, Jamie is well versed in all aspects of administration and communications. Jamie does all the administration, including preparation of contracts, writing and placement of advertising, updating of the web site and answering the Internet inquiries.

The Gold Coast is very different to Salmon, Idaho in the USA, where Jamie spent most of her life on a ranch of 3000 acres. Jamie moved to the Gold Coast In 2000 and loves the lifestyle. She is an emergency medical technician, a fabulous singer and a very good piano player.
